This project was a unique challenge because it kicked off with an in-person meeting the day before COVID-19 shut the world down in March 2020. While no stranger to managing projects remotely that are outside of the Philadelphia region, the pandemic created so many unforeseen circumstances that made construction and FF&E procurement exceptionally difficult and unpredictable. Despite some minor construction delays, we were able to forge ahead and adapt, delivering the final result well within budget.
I drafted and detailed the Interior Design CD set entirely from my kitchen table in the early months of COVID, adapting deliverables and material palettes in order to be communicated and approved virtually. I was responsible for the space planning, finish selections, FF&E selections, and detailing custom steelwork & millwork concepts. I was the point of contact with the on-site GC and the custom steelwork & millwork fabricators, communicated all budgets and selections directly with the client, and created delivery schedules for all furniture and custom items.
Cozy, intimate spaces, such as the deep blue Library pictured above, created opportunities to infuse rich, vibrant tones that contrasted with the airy feeling of the rest of the space.

Simple, thoughtful, and tactile details shown in the yoga room within the fitness center.
Plan North: Club lounges, coworking area, library, game room, coffee bar, and demo kitchen.
Plan South: Management offices, conference room, utility/storage, and fitness/yoga.
The driving concept behind this palette was nature and envisioning a refreshing twist on classic + traditional farmhouse aesthetic, taking cues from the location's agricultural past.
